Enroute Control is a branch of Radar Control responsible for movements outwith any aerodrome's airspace.
Responsibilities of an Enroute Controller
- Ensuring that metal does not hit metal
- Providing radar vectors to create an efficient sequence
- Ensuring airspace does not get overloaded
- Providing appropriate information to aircraft
